  • Absolutely not. Many people come to therapy simply because something doesn't feel quite right, or they want more joy, clarity and peace in their life. You don't need to wait until things reach a breaking point. If you're reading this, this might be exactly the right time.

  • Online sessions are just as effective as face to face — many clients actually prefer them. All you need is a quiet space, a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera. Sessions feel just as personal and connected as being in the same room.

  • We start with a free 15 minute Discovery Call — a warm, relaxed conversation to understand what's bringing you to therapy and whether we're the right fit. There's no pressure and no commitment required.

  • It means I don't use a single fixed method for every client. Instead I draw from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, person-centred therapy, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness — blending them specifically around your needs and personality. No two people are the same, and your therapy shouldn't be either.

  • This depends entirely on you. Some people experience real breakthroughs in one or two sessions. Others benefit from a structured programme. We'll discuss this honestly during your Discovery Call and create a plan that genuinely suits your needs and budget.

  • Yes — everything you share is held in the strictest confidence. As a UKCP registered practitioner I work within a rigorous professional and ethical framework that places your privacy and wellbeing at its centre. The only exceptions are the standard legal requirements around serious risk of harm, which I'll explain clearly at the start of our work together, so you always know where you stand.
